bathroom to shower room - Jan 2021
This bathroom was very old and dated, this project took us 6 days from rip out to installation of new aqua wall boards, Black slate flooring, shower cubicle, rain fall shower, sink vanity unit and WC
Fully custom en-suite built in large out building

This big en-suite project took us 7 days to complete, we had an empty shell and started by constructing a stud wall putting all the pipe work in place for the toilet, sink and shower, next all the electrics for the shower and extractor fan were put in place before we insulated and boarded the inside.
Black speckled interlocking Aqua panels were used on the inside to make this new room fully water proof, and then next we completely fitted out the new en-suite with a 1400mm walk in shower base and glass, Mira electric shower, vanity sink unit and WC. Bedroom paint, decorate and built in wardrobe
This bedroom had not really been touched since 1972, we had to take out the old wardrobe and then remove all of the old wallpaper. Next we had a bit of a job to do in repairing the walls and ceiling, this involved a lot of filling and skimming. we then fully painted and decorated the room and then constructed a new built in wardrobe with sliding doors to the customers specification and then lastly wallpapered a feature wall.
Painting and decorating - hall, stairs and landing
We had to start by stripping all of the old wallpaper, then repair all of the walls by skimming and filling. We painted and decorated in Dulux Wild Primrose
En-Suite Project
We completely removed the old shower, sink, toilet and tiles, and replaced with new brick effect Aqua wall panels, shower mixer, quadrant shower cubicle, sink vanity unit, toilet and slate panel flooring.
Fire place project
This was the third one of these we built in 2020, its a stud frame, plaster boarded, skimmed and painted.
All the cables for the TV and fireplace are concealed, this fake fire place had two HDMI sockets built in too, this so that the customer could connect a PlayStation by simply plugging in to the side without having to access the back of the TV.

Painting and Decorating
Wall paper removed, bad walls repaired and then painted and decorated.
bathroom install
Old bathroom ripped out, new Aqua panels, new bath, sink and toilet installed, new slate flooring and a custom built cupboard at the end of the bath to maximise on space.
Pergola
This was a fully custom built Pergola to fit the area which was not really in use and wasted space.
Space on landing area converted in to a custom made cupboard with shelving
This customer requested a built in cupboard with shelving, but also shelving between new cupboard and existing airing cupboard.

For this room we had to strip all of the wall paper, skim most of the room and the paint
BEFORE AND AFTER AT THE BIEC & MOSQUE IN COWLEY, OXFORD
Wall lights removed, All holes and marks in the walls skimmed, fully painted and decorated, new strip lights fitted.
Painting, decorating and a new flooring
Dining room/Playroom, all holes and marks filled, ceiling repaired, the room is painted in Dulux Tranquil Dawn, then a hard wearing light Oak laminated flooring fitted with all the trims. All by The DIY Man Oxford.
new Bathroom installation project
Old bathroom removed, rotten floor replaced, all new pipe work for mains, waste and radiator, aqua wall cladding, water proof sealed flooring, bath, sink, toilet and towel rail radiator, all installed by The DIY Man Oxford.
Cloakroom project
Old sink, toilet, tiles, radiator and flooring removed and all replace with new and all tile, and painted, all installed by The DIY Man Oxford.
en-suite project
Old en-suite removed, new pipe work for new shower, wall board fitted, new shower and cubicle fitted and all freshly painted.
TV and fire place surround project
Studwork built and drylined to surround TV and for a new built in fire.
Garden project
A 5 metre raised bed built over a step, with eight large sections for growing all sorts of vegetables.
Bathroom project
Old bathroom was taken out and replaced with a new bath, sink, toilet, taps, tiling, painting and flooring.
En-suite Project
Removal of old dated en-suite and replaced with new modern shower cubicle, tiled, new toilet and sink unit, bamboo flooring and painted.
Garage to Office Conversion Project
We built a fully insulated office in a garage
Garage to Gym Conversion Project
We built a stud wall that is dry lined allowing the garage door to still open over the top, painted, flooring and skirting boards.
Bedroom Project
A freshly painted bedroom, new laminated flooring, skirting board, built in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors, shelving, desk area and tv bracket

Size of wardrobe and shelving is specified by the customer.
Painting Decorating, Flooring and Skirting board
This was a big job, fully painted, new oak flooring and skirting board to match.
Boys Football Bedroom
Fully painted and decorated, new laminated flooring, new skirting boards, TV bracket and curtain rail fitted.
Built in cupboard
The stairs are below this bedroom and intrude in to the room creating wasted space, we built a cupboard over the top, this creating lots of extra storage space and it hides where the top of the stairs intruded.
Decking and Pergola Garden Project
We built a 6 by 6 metre raised decking area with pergola and steps.
Bathroom Project
Old bathroom taken out and replaced with a new bath, stud wall, rainfall shower, his and hers sinks, toilet, taps, wall boards, Bluetooth waterproof speakers, painting and flooring.
Office Project
Office extended in to the garage, insulated, dry lined, new cupboards built with desk area, new wood flooring and all freshly painted.
